Camelot was a leading provider of services to youth and adolescents in both the alternative education and behavioral health markets. The Company conducted its operations through therapeutic day schools, residential treatment facilities and community-based programs where it managed programs for individuals experiencing a wide array of emotional and behavioral disorders. In addition, the Company contracted with public school districts to manage educational programs more conducive to the needs of “at risk" students.
